A: I am very interested in food tech. My company, Eureka, focuses on healthy lifestyle. Our first product, called eLunchbox, was developed specifically for the on-the-go consumer. There are so many different foods out there for people who are not in the kitchen. We wanted to create an easy solution. So far, we have sold tens of thousands of eLunchboxes in Europe. My company is also developing a product for athletes, called eSport. This product has the same technology as eLunchbox, but it has a much smaller profile, making it perfect for active lifestyles.
