Remove the pork from the refrigerator and let it come to room temperature—Preheat the oven to 350°F. Mix them well and add 3-4 pork cutlets to the bowl. Coat the meat with the marinade, cover it with plastic wrap, and refrigerate it for at least 3 hours. Put the pork on an oven rack and bake it for 40 to 45 minutes or until the pork is tender.
